Ho Coc beach, Nature Reserve & Dragon Fruit Farm (1 day)

It located in Southeast of Vietnam where takes around 2,5 hours to 3 hours by car. Although it is not far from Saigon city, but not much tourist know about it. If you already visited Mekong delta, Cu Chi tunnel and other famous sites in Ho Chi Minh city but still want to explore the other provinces in Vietnam without spending too much time in the vehicle then it worths to visit this hidden charm beach.

7:30 a.m. Tiger Guide pick up guests at the hotel; drive directly to Xuyen Moc (Ba Ria-Vung Tau) province by modern private car. The 55-km section of Thống Nhất, Cẩm Mỹ, Long Khánh, and Xuân Lộc in Đồng Nai Province is the great green way that provides the most beautiful scenery of many fruit gardens, paddy fields, and local villages in those districts. After 2.5 hours driving, you will arrive at Mrs. Thuan’s house in Bong Trang commune. The reason why we take you here is because you can only live the local life by spending time with local people. And Mrs. Thuan is the warmest, friendliest person on earth you’ve ever met.

She has several dragon fruit farms in the area; therefore she has a lot of skills and knowledge about farming. You will have merry time chatting with her and her family, getting to understand more about local life, exchanging culture and perspective, walking around her dragon fruit farm, learning how the local people take care of their farms, drinking Vietnamese traditional coffee (cà phê sữa đá) or ice tea (trà đá), enjoying local fruits (dragon fruit, Vietnamese jackfruit, etc. depending on the season) and freshen up after your drive.

Afterward, a tasty authentic Vietnamese cooked by Mrs. Thuan is waiting for you. Not only being a good farmer, she is also a great cook. You won’t realize how much you have eaten until you get too full by so many dishes, from different kinds of sea-food to freshly-picked vegetables and her seafood hotpot is something you can die for. We don’t even count the yummy dessert Mrs. Thuan will prepare for you. So if you’re food lover, this tour is not to be missed. During the meal, you will be amazed by listening to many meaningful stories of the Vietnamese cuisine from the hosts.

After lunch we will say goodbye to Mrs. Thuan and her lovely family, and be ready, it’s beach time! Depart Bong Trang commune, it takes 45 minutes driving to Ho Coc Beach. You can truly feel the peaceful and natural atmosphere by watching pepper farm, cashew farm and Phuoc Buu Nature Reserve on the way (spending 30 minutes walking through one of the rare jungles in Vietnam if you want). When arriving at the beach, you will have free time to relax, enjoy the cool wind and fresh coconut juice (or cold beer). When you feel ready, we will drive back to Ho Chi Minh City.

6:30 to 7:00 p.m. Tiger Guide drop off guests at the hotel with a lot of remarkable memories from the tour.
