Saigon Street Food Tour (Evening Session)

They say that Saigon is a city that never stops eating. After this four-hour evening tour, you’ll know why. Filled with local insights, plenty of fun, and, of course, the very best local eateries, this tour showcases how the people of Saigon unwind (and re-fuel) once the sun sets. There’s meat; there’s seafood, there are vegetables you never knew existed, there’s rice and noodles and ice-cold glasses of Bia Saigon!

Through at least ten unique local dishes, we’ll show you why Saigon has become one of the world’s tastiest street food destinations. Uncover lesser-known gems such as bo la lot (grilled beef in betel leaves), bo kho (beef stew), banh khot (shrimp cakes), and many, many more.

With your English-speaking Tiger up front, climb onto the passenger seat of a Tiger Tours scooter, escape the tourist trail, criss-cross the city, and embark on a culinary adventure like no other.

Starting at 5:30 pm, your Tiger will collect you from your hotel to begin the tour immediately. 

Through the backstreets and alleyways, we’ll visit a hand-picked selection of local restaurants and food shops, all chosen for their quality, consistency, cleanliness, authenticity, and popularity. There will be just you, your guide, your friends and family (if you’ve invited them) and the city’s very best flavours.

This tour features at least 10 dishes including:
· Bo la lot (grilled beef in betel leaves)
· Bo mo chai (grilled beef sausage)
· Banh khot (shrimp cakes served with coconut milk)
· Bo kho (beef stew with bread or noodles)
· Banh beo, banh nam, and bot lọc from the imperial capital city of Hue
· Seafood, morning glory, and plenty of fried garlic
· Vietnamese cakes and desserts
