We offer a complimentary first step that includes:
• Listening to your travel interests, travel dates, and expectations
• Suggesting a basic outline itinerary with recommended destinations
• Providing general travel advice (best time to go, transportation options, travel flow, etc.)

Step 2: Professional Travel Advisor Service - USD 50
When you are ready to move forward with more detailed planning, we will begin our Professional Travel Advisor Service, which includes:
What’s included:
• A customized and detailed itinerary including:
o Hotel and transportation suggestions
o Tours and unique local experiences
o Restaurant and cultural recommendations
• Up to 3 online calls (10–15 minutes each) for direct questions and advice
• Personal travel advice and on-trip support from a local travel expert in Vietnam, available via email, WhatsApp, or online calls
• Emergency support during your trip in Vietnam (for example: missed bus, last-minute changes, or help rearranging services if any)
• Continuous follow-up and adjustments based on your travel needs

💡 Note: If you decide to book the complete tour package with Tiger Tours, your advisor service payment will be treated as a deposit and deducted from the total tour cost.

What's not included:
To keep this service fair and transparent, please note that the following are not included in the Vietnam Trip Advisor / Concierge Plan:
1. Direct Bookings of Services
o The advisor service provides guidance and recommendations only.
o We do not directly book or issue payments for hotels, transport, or tours on your behalf unless you decide to continue with a full package tour through Tiger Tours.
2. Entrance Fees, Tickets, or Reservations
o Costs for entrance tickets, transportation, activities, restaurants, or accommodation are not covered by the advisor fee.
3. In-person guiding or escorting
o The service is provided online or via phone (email, WhatsApp, or video call).
o It does not include a physical tour guide or on-site companion service.
4. Visa Processing and Immigration Services
o We can advise on visa procedures and requirements but do not handle visa applications directly.
5. Travel Insurance or Legal Responsibility
o Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance and personal safety.
o Tiger Tours is not liable for delays, cancellations, or third-party service issues.
6. Unlimited or 24/7 On-call Availability
o Emergency support is provided within reasonable local working hours (typically 7:00–22:00 Vietnam time), not 24/7 monitoring.
o Extra consultation or extended calls beyond the included 3 sessions may require an additional service fee.
7. Changes or Handling for Bookings Made Independently by Guests
o If you book your own hotels, flights, or tours, we can assist with advice, but we do not take responsibility for issues or changes related to those bookings.
